Ann Carlson
Forever an active student of the body and what it means to feel human, my intention is to offer yoga style movement classes with the main goal being greater awareness, understanding and integration in the whole of the human body experience. Years of teaching and 1000+ hours studying under movement experts in their field, I feel compelled to continue to share what I learn in hopes it brings other humans closer to themselves and their own incredible body.

Yoga classes taught through the PT-developed LYT yoga method with varied infusions of Sattva Kriya Yoga, Lymphatic movement, Yoga Tune Up therapy ball self-massage, breathwork, etc.
